WORKSHOPS

Workshops take place at Pikto Studio, Pikto Digital Darkrooms (at Pikto Retail) or various locations throughout the Distillery District (see workshop description for specific location). If applicable, cost of workshop includes all model, hair and makeup fees as well as refreshments. Technical workshops include individual Mac workstations unless otherwise noted.
Non-refundable payment is due when registering for a workshop. Instore credit available for cancellations up to 24 hours prior to workshop start. No credit for cancellations less than 24 hours from workshop start. Cancellation requests can be sent by email to workshops@pikto.com. Pikto reserves the right to cancel a workshop and refund the complete fee because of unforeseen circumstances and class size requirements.

PHOTOBOOKS, PRINTS, CARDS AND CALENDARS

Pikto Photobooks are made to the highest standards of quality. Due to the nature of books, cards and calendars as objects that are readily handled, we do not accept returns, refunds or redos. All material submitted must comply with Copyright laws. Pikto reserves the right to use its sole discretion and refuse to print or publish anything deemed illegal, libelous, scandalous, improper or infringing upon copyright law.
Any liability of Pikto Inc. will be limited exclusively to refund of the purchase/service price. In addition, in no event shall Pikto Inc. , or its principals, shareholders, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, subsidiaries, or parent organizations, be liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever.
Pikto cannot be responsible for delays and safe delivery of shipping orders, especially rush jobs.

Prices do not include HST. Prices and course descriptions subject to change.
