Update March 24, 2020

We are following the strict Ontario Government COVID-19 policy announced yesterday and we will continue to operate with a minimum of onsite staff to maintain our production and manufacturing . We have doubled our efforts to increase physical distance between the minimum production staff at our plant and we continue to follow Health Canada advice on keeping a safe working environment.

A message to the Pikto Community

We are watching with growing concern the events related to the COVID-19 pandemic and the terrible effects that it is having on the health of individuals and to the economy. Our hearts go out to those that have been affected so far, and we hope that the impact will be minimized in the weeks ahead.

At Pikto, we have taken steps to ensure a healthy working environment for our employees. From ample cleaning supplies and daily cleaning procedures to sanitizers and gloves, our utmost concern is for the wellbeing and continued good health of every Pikto staff member. For that reason, we have stopped offering in-store pickup for any new orders, and have moved to virtual showroom visits via Skype or Zoom. All of our digital and customer service employees are now working from home.

We continue to produce prints, photo books and wall displays and we are not currently seeing any supplies being interrupted or delayed, so we continue to deliver orders within the normal turnaround times. If this changes we will let you know on our site, for the particular products affected.
For the professional photographers and students that have been affected by event and job cancellations, we understand that this is a very difficult time for you. We are here to answer any questions you may have and to provide as much assistance as we can.

Photography now more than ever reminds us of the best of humanity, and we are confident that when this is over we will once again go explore, meet, learn and love through our pursuit of photography. We are looking forward to that day!

Sincerely,
Andre Souroujon
