By submitting your order, you agree that you have examined the project(s) for correctness of text, fonts, missing pictures and image quality. You understand that the preview represents the final printed item and approve the photo products to be created based on this preview.

PREPAID PURCHASES

Prepaid products are guaranteed pricing for 365 days from date of order. After that period, the full credit of the prepaid can be applied to the product, but the pricing for the product is subject to change without notice. Prepaid coupons may only be used one order at a time for the full value of the coupon when placing an order and may not be combined with any other promotion.

COLOR MANAGEMENT

Pikto uses automatic color management for all printing files. Please ensure that you supply Pikto with embedded color profiles when using our app. The default color space for images that are not embedded is sRGB. In order to have an accurate representation of colors (soft-proofing), you should calibrate your monitor with a hardware device such as the X-Rite Eye One. Colors will be accurate to the screen only if files are prepared using a calibrated monitor and using our softproofing guidelines. We strongly encourage that you calibrate your monitor by purchasing or renting a calibration device.

TURNAROUND TIMES

Due to changing nature of volume in the lab, turnaround times indicated may vary. Please give yourself and your clients reasonable time to expect the orders.

PAYMENT TERMS

All online orders are prepaid by credit card or PayPal account. There are no terms or accounts available.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Orders are processed immediately after being submitted. There is no cancellation of orders for any reason after they have been processed. At our discretion, we will attempt to make changes to orders for an additional $15 fee.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery is available worldwide using Canada Post unless otherwise indicated. There are three standard shipment times, Expedited (2-7 days) Xpress-Post (2-3 days) and overnight Priority service is available to selected locations. Delivery times are in addition to turnaround times. All delivery times listed on the invoice are approximate. Pikto cannot be responsible for delays and safe delivery of shipping orders, including rush jobs.Drop ship is available at no extra charge; simply change the shipping address to the intended recipient. Invoices are not included in any shipments. Optional signature on delivery of orders under $250 is available. If this option is not selected, the customer agrees that delivery confirmation from Canada Post constitutes proof of delivery instead of a delivery signature. Note that signature will require a person to be available on site at time of delivery.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

Pikto is not responsible for any potential damage during shipping. If damage does occur however, please get in touch with our customer service about filling a claim and replacing the product. Photographs of the damage to the packaging, label and product must be shown as proof and sent to support@pikto.com. Once approved, remakes will be done with the same turnaround and shipping service as the original order.

REMAKES 

Remakes will be done when there is an error or damage to an order. This includes damage during shipping, material defect or workmanship. If there is an error with your item, please email us at support@pikto.com within fourteen days of receiving your product, with a photograph of the damage. Pikto will then determine if a remake is necessary. Remakes may only be done for the same product and from the original files submitted in the order. Remakes will not be done with new files. Remake orders will have the same turnaround times and will be shipped the same method as the original order.

TOLERANCES

Print and mounting products are by their nature approximate. Pikto will not remake prints or mounted pieces that are within 1/5” of stated size. All products are handmade, and there may be minor differences in multiple copies of products.

COPYRIGHT

All material submitted must comply with Copyright laws. Pikto reserves the right to use its sole discretion and refuse to print or publish anything deemed illegal, libellous, scandalous, improper or infringing upon copyright law.

LIMITED LIABILITY

Any liability of Pikto Inc. will be limited exclusively to refund of the purchase/service price. In addition, in no event shall Pikto Inc. , or its principals, shareholders, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, subsidiaries, or parent organizations, be liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever.
